    I got my car detailed left my car there for 5.5 hours I came back there was still bugs that they haven't done anything to my vehicle I paid $220 and then they were supposed to do my headlights which they did not so he gave me $50 back I still end up paying $170 my vehicle was not even touched the windows are all dirty inside he said I'll bring your your vehicle in again so he brings it in for another 6.5 hours and then he brought my vehicle in again so then after I noticed the middle of my mirror was missing three items my Snoopy my crystal REMOVEDand my dreamcatcher I went and I called the guy and I said listen I said there's stuff missing he says we're not responsible for stolen items and I said it's only two of you doing the business in the garage so then he's other guy that works with him gave me my stolen items back that they removed from my car and then he didn't return the REMOVEDwhich cost me $50 it's a crystal REMOVEDthat shines hanging from my mirror they said they don't know where that is so I continued to ask him please give it back it was worth money and a set amount of value to me because it's from my grandmother he has not his ghost me

    To the Better Business Bureau and Ms. REMOVEDyou for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I would like to clarify the events and address several inaccuracies in the customers statement.




    1. Services Provided & REMOVED-Faith REMOVEDbooked a detailing appointment and was dropped off by our team at the REMOVEDnail salon as a courtesy before we began working on her vehicle.
    When she returned later and expressed that she was unhappy with certain aspects of the service, we immediately provided a $50 goodwill refund to show good faith and to support a positive resolution.




    2. Vehicle Re-Check & Additional Appointment




    Although the vehicle had already been serviced, we voluntarily took the vehicle back in again for further cleaning at no additional cost.
    This was done strictly out of courtesy, as we wanted to ensure she felt satisfied.




    3. Personal Belongings Disclaimer




    Prior to the appointment, Ms. REMOVEDreceived:


    A text confirmation
    Our standard disclaimer stating that we are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle, which is a common and necessary industry practice.




    At no point were any items intentionally removed or mishandled by our staff. Two items she questioned were immediately returned to her. The remaining item she referenced was not found inside the vehicle by our team.




    4. Public Comments & Damaging Statements Toward Our Business




    Following the service and the goodwill refund, Ms. REMOVEDbegan:


    Posting negative comments under our REMOVEDads
    Making statements about our business that were untrue
    Using language toward our staff that we found inappropriate and concerning




    These actions have negatively impacted our business reputation online despite our efforts to resolve the matter professionally.




    5. Refund REMOVEDservices were completed
    A $50 courtesy refund has already been issued
    Multiple rechecks and extra time were provided free of charge
    The customers ongoing public comments and accusations affecting our businesss reputation




    A further refund is not possible.


    We believe we acted in good faith, provided multiple attempts to ensure satisfaction, and handled the situation professionally at every step.




    Closing




    We remain committed to high standards of customer service and transparency.
    However, we cannot provide additional compensation under these circumstances.

    When my vehicle was done there's bug guts all over my grill after 5.5 hours they had it and stolen items 2 were given back but my crystal REMOVEDwas not returned to me. I am not the only complaint he's done this before  we never met at REMOVEDit was *. REMOVEDat his shop wjere I met him further more he 50 return fee was for the headlights he didn't do.   So I want a full refund this is unprofessional

    As previously discussed, a partial refund was already issued as a gesture of goodwill to address your concerns. Unfortunately, were unable to offer a full refund as significant labor time and product costs were invested in the service performed on your vehicle.

    He has four complaints on his business profile and one he stole from a lady in her car already and threatened to punch the guy out so the police have been reported and I also went to the police and reported the stolen items from my car so if you guys don't do anything about it the police will

    On Aug 5 2025 Eco Shine was contacted to do a complete truck detailing. This was including interior, exterior and engine bay. They quoted and charged a price of $226.00. They advertise "Experience the difference of high-end, precision detailing designed for discerning car owners. At Ecoshine, we don't just clean we transform, protect, and elevate your vehicle to showroom condition with unmatched craftsmanship". Following the clean the employee was eager to get payment before pulling the truck out. Payment was provided via debit transaction. One the car was pulled out into light noticeable damage of scratches were on every panel and the engine bay was filthy and the interior had stains on fabric. When asked to speak with the owner ( off premises) he showed up denied any wrong doing, yelled in my son's face and as my son backed up the owner proceeded to push up against him. He immediately put his closed sign up ( wasn't closing time) and grabbed his employees and took off. After multiple attempts to call and email the owner stated he would be back in 30 mins to discuss the damage. He never showed. We have been blocked on all communication platforms, no refund provided. Upon further inspection, items in the center console were stolen ( after further look into reviews we have discovered others claiming the same). We have now learned the 5 star reviews and from friends of the employees. We have not found this business on the BBB website but are filing a complaint against this company. No refund provided and refusal to address our concerns although in response to our review they are acting as though they are willing to resolve the issue, but yet again have blocked all forms of communication.

The vehicle in question received a full detailing service as agreed. While we stand by the work performed, we understand the customer feels dissatisfied.

    We wish to clarify that:

    • The scratches and stains mentioned appear to be pre-existing and not caused during service.

    • Allegations of theft are unfounded; our staff do not remove personal items from vehicles.

    • We remain available for communication and did not intentionally block any contact.

    As a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to re-inspect the vehicle with the customer present and, if appropriate, consider a partial refund. Our goal is to resolve this matter fairly and professionally.

    The company is again providing false information. As you can see in the attachments, the company was reached out to online and via phone. They refused to answer and furthermore you can see they INTENTIONALLY blocked us from contact. 

    We attempted to resolve the issue peacefully. The BBB AND GSPS were both contacted.

    We clearly had no intent of allowing them to touch our vehicle again and wanted a refund. We spent the extra funds to have the vehicle corrected. The interior is still not corrected. The company claims this vehicle looked like this prior. It was just purchased so we have pictures and it DID NOT. If the company claims they did nothing wrong, why shut the shop up immediately, take off, refuse to speak with us. Clearly the company should not be allowed to practice in sudbury.
