    I purchased a shed from this company on June 27, 2023, and it began leaking the same day it was installed. I immediately contacted them, and despite multiple service visits and my ongoing efforts to resolve the issue, the shed has continued to have serious water intrusion problems for nearly a year.

    The company has returned multiple times but has failed to fully address the water damage. Most recently, they replaced a section of the roof but refused to replace visibly blackened, water-damaged structural wood inside the shed. I have documented photos showing this damage. Their proposed future repairs are vague and based on “what ***** sees fit,” even though he has already been on-site and left damaged components untouched.

    I’ve made repeated requests for a clear scope of work and a partial refund of $1,000 due to the extended delays, repeated issues, structural damage, and the fact that the shed was defective from day one. The company has refused to consider any compensation and has handled my concerns with dismissiveness and unprofessionalism. I was never provided a written warranty.

    I am a single mother who saved for months to afford this shed, and I’ve now dealt with almost a full year of stress, damage, and repeated service visits for a product that should have been properly built from the start.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    to begin with I was never provided with any contract or any warranty so that reply makes absolutely no sense. I did not void something that does not exist.

    I cut a small hole several weeks ago to connect an Outdoor run to the shed. I have a backyard camera that shows that that side hole was cut a few weeks ago in April 2025, However, the severe damage from the ceiling, which is nowhere near the hole was photographed and emailed to the company December 2024. The company is simply stating this so they can get out of accountability. This was also never communicated to me while they were here replacing shingles or via email UNTIL I let them know that I would be complaining to the Better Business Bureau as it has been several years of issues. They all of a sudden made up issues so they did not have to take accountability. But as mentioned, I have background cameras to show the timeline.

    I have replied to their email agreeing to the shed replacement as there has been issues since they installed it in 2023. It has been continuously leaking since then. I have emailed them and asked for dates of availability and I’m waiting for their reply.

    While I accept that, they are finally replacing the shed that they did not properly install to begin with. I do not appreciate their lack of accountability and trying to put the issues on me. That is frustrating and shows lack of customer care as my issues have been since 2023. I have emailed them years of proof of leaking damage. Perhaps because the shed was only $3000 and one of their cheaper models and I am a single mom they decided they would bully me and get away with it, However, I think that all customer should be treated fairlyAnd I simply wanted a shed that did not leak and I was not provided that since the day of install.

    When customers order a shed from us we provide an invoice with details outlining the size, style and any additional options the customer has requested as well as any taxes and delivery charges. The customer is correct that there is no warranty listed on this invoice and we have never provided a contract as there never seemed to be a need and this issue has never come up before. As of this response we are confirming that a new shed will be built to replace the old one on June 26th which has been agreed to by the customer.
