5 starsSome siding was loose on my house. Two friendly men came and carefully removed it, put Tyvek wrap up and replaced it. They determined that the eavestrough above was installed in a way that allowed water to flow down and behind the siding, so using sheet metal, created a channel to divert the water from the roof into the eavestrough. They were very tidy, and courteous, answering all my questions

5 starsI would highly recommend Maize. They were prompt in giving a quote, reasonably priced and were quick to schedule and get work done. And all the crew that showed up (1-supervisor giving quote, 2-crew tearing down old eavestrough and putting in new fascia/eavestrough 3- final crew putting in gutters and downspouts) were on time, polite and respectful of people and our property. The supervisor also showed up first and second day to check on work. The crews clearly knew what they were doing and cleaned up as they went. Maize is a local run business with a solid reputation and it shows in the quality of their work. Maize had done a repair on our original *************** over 30 years ago when a sudden ice buildup in the fall tore off our gutters on one side of the house. Maize did a good job back then in an emergency situation. And Maize is still doing good work today.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc

5 starsI had the siding on the front and driveway side of my house removed and replaced with new vinyl siding. Your employee ( sorry I cant remember his name) arrived as scheduled. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in completing the work. He kept the work site clean and removed all the old siding. 5 starsWe recently had the siding removed from the front of our home because of a suspected leak. Sure enough, the amazing team of Rock and JP found the source and showed us the damage. They thoroughly explained how they were going to fix the issue, what they would use and why and they proceeded to fix the problem. Rock and JP were professional, friendly and hard working. They kept the work site clean and tidy. They answered our numerous questions. We are absolutely thrilled with the wonderful work that was done. 5 starsThis is our second time we have called on Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc to do work for us...(the first was for our granddaughter and her husband a few years ago). The crew arrived on the day promised and immediately began work and never stopped 'til they were finished. The site was completely clean and no debris was left anywhere. The installers were very friendly and all our questions were explained professionally. 5 starsGreat company to work with. We needed our ***** replaced and a way to solve several drainage issues. Great solutions and quote. Work was exceptional and done before winter. Installers went through each change in detail and their work ethic was amazing. They cleaned up all the old stuff and the new drainage is working great.
