5 starsThis is our second time we have called on Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc to do work for us...(the first was for our granddaughter and her husband a few years ago). The crew arrived on the day promised and immediately began work and never stopped 'til they were finished. The site was completely clean and no debris was left anywhere. The installers were very friendly and all our questions were explained professionally. We are more than pleased with the new eavestroughs, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,**************

5 starsGreat company to work with. We needed our ***** replaced and a way to solve several drainage issues. Great solutions and quote. Work was exceptional and done before winter. Installers went through each change in detail and their work ethic was amazing. They cleaned up all the old stuff and the new drainage is working great. 5 starsAs repeat customers of Maize, we highly recommend the company as a choice to have work done on your home. When contacted, their response is always very prompt. They come to your home, outlining clearly what is required and subsequently provide a written estimate. All crews who have worked on our projects have been respectful and professional. They take the time to explain what they have done or found and how they will proceed. My husband was very impressed with their work ethic. When finished, they always leave the property as it was found before they started, cleaning ********** from the property. 5 starsFrom the first meeting with ****** to getting the job done we had a great experience. We received an easy to understand quote shortly after our first meeting. We had to wait a few months to get the job done, but Maize was realistic with timing and did the job when they said they would. ****** and the gang were polite, professional and did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and kept us up to date on the job as it proceeded. Most of the job was completed in a week. The team returned with a crane a couple of weeks later to finish one last spot. Our site was cleaned up when they were done and the emailed invoice matched our quote exactly. We have had our new gutters, fascia and soffits for a couple of months now and everything has performed perfectly. It's amazing to see how much water comes out of the downspout during a thunderstorm! 1 starI realize that this review is a bit late but I felt it was important to note. We had our fascia replaced in 2019. We had to have them back for a deficiency with it coming apart. They left several nails and metal shavings all over our driveway, front walkway and grass. Since then we have had our roof completed and the roofer pointed out that the fascia was a terrible job. We are about to have our siding done and that contractor has advised of the poor workmanship as well and has pointed it out to **. The fascia has fallen off on the front portion of our porch as it was not secured properly. We are very disappointed in Maize as we thought that they were a reputable company. When we expressed our concerns about the work back in 2019 we were told that the best guys were sent to our job. If this was there best guys I would hate to see the worst is.Maize Siding & Eavestroughing Inc
