      I bought a *** ******** speakers and they delivered them with free shipping that took a week, I didn't set them up right away so waited to review. I set them up all except 1 box which I will set up after Christmas, the 4 speakers and the sub sound good. I am happy with the fast shipping due to didn't expect them that soon because I live in Alberta and considering all the boxes they shipped it was free shipping. They were very helpful online when I bought these speakers.

      I bought a pair of turntables from Gibbys on March 3, 2023, and one of them is defective. They would not do a refund nor replace the defective unit. They tried to fix the unit but but failed. They shipped back the unit to me with ripped and missing packaging materials and the turntable is still not working how it should. The defective turntable is not with me and my payment is still with Gibbys, it is 5/10/23 already. I am frustrated with their service on defective items. If you are going to buy something from these guys, ask for a money back guarantee in writing. Do not buy from them on line, they alter their ads on line.

      They sent me the wrong tv broken in the box for the one I ordered and then have the audacity to refuse the return and claimed I'm trying to fraud them

      This is a Curved screen TV and will not fit into a flat screen box because of the foam moulding in the box which is exactly moulded to the actual TV shape.
      As well ALL shipments are weighed when they leave our store and re weighed by fed ex when accepted and weighed as it is shipped to the customer. The unit the customer is attempting to get a refund on does not match the weights documented as being shipped to the customer.

      We are an established Home Electronics retailer in St.Catharines Ontario of almost 60 years. As a Canadian Authorized Dealer for ******* we only offer brand new, factory sealed ******* TV's on ******.

      The TV that was shipped to this customer was brand new and factory sealed. The model and serial number of the TV we shipped out is well documented and the model and serial number of the TV he wants to return does not match. Further, the TV that he claims we sent him has not been offered by ******* for 3 or 4 years. The customer has attempted to get ****** to refund his money but has failed to do so as ****** closed his claim.

      The customer is welcome to return the ******* ************** with Serial ************** in the original manufacturer packaging that we sent to him. We cannot however accept the ******* ************** Serial number; ***************.
