    Hi, I had found this local business on ******** , and he seemed to be " **** of all trades" , which was perfect for the things i needed done: grass cut, fix lawn mower, trim trees, pressure wash house/ garage, put a ****** shed together, tear old shed down, fix pool fence. ( All for $1350) .I originally sent him a message Aug 25 2024, Date was set for work on tuesday Aug 27. First red flag should have been that he asked for a deposit before even coming to the house, I said no, that I would be happy to pay when the job is completed. Second red flag was they showed up late - almost 11:00. Of course not everything got completed day 1, and they needed a return trip - pressure washed house, but "skipped " where awning was , so told them they had to redo that , lawn mower needed a belt, so I had to order that, and they reassured me they would be back on the MOnday to put that on ( has not happened !), only trimmed about 3-4 branches, and just left the brush there ( was supposed to clean up), and still had all of the old shed wood in a pile, and pool fence still needed to be done. I had agreed, that this could all wait until the Monday. He showed up on the monday Sept 4 - finished the pressure washing that he "missed" , picked up the shed , and worked on the pool fence. Had to get him to "fix" his own work - fence was all very uneven ( approx 8 inches in the difference ) -asked him to fix - he was not happy , but did it. Its still crooked , but not as bad. Brush still in yard, and mower still not fixed. Feb 13th , he mentioned he would give a $50 refund since he was unable to get the guy to come fix the mower as promised , and many follow *** later , still no mower fix and no response. Don't really care that much about the money, I don't like someone giving their word and then not following through, not responding. That's definitely not how you do business in a small town.
