    I was approved to be on a vaporizer and ODSP paid for it for $3**.00. The vape is too small and it has no mouth piece. It is hard to use because I am disabled. I called them back and they said they don&#**;t give refunds or exchanges. I was told to take pictures and send them to her. I did this and they still refused to exchange or refund me. They phoned me, told me to look at the video and to call her back to see if I liked them. It didn&#**;t work for me so I did my research and found another one. It is a solo air riser similar to the one I used 10 years ago. They said they don&#**;t sell it and I wasn&#**;t given a choice. I told them they stole $3** from ODSP. I have a broken vape sitting on my couch and I can&#**;t use it and even if I could use it there is no mouthpiece. I would like to be able to use a vape that I can use.

Our goal is always to provide the best possible care to our patients, and we're sorry to hear that the medical device provided did not meet their needs. Unfortunately, due to limited inventory at our clinic, we are unable to offer alternative devices such as the one mentioned, as it is not part of our current stock. To help resolve this, we are actively trying to find a way to process a refund for the device. We will keep our patient updated as soon as we are able to connect with them and confirm the next steps.     I am rejecting this response because: They have not tried to contact me.  I have left numerous messages since August 2025 for Toyosee she told me she was the manager and have received no response they have not tried to contact my case worker at ODSP either.   I was not given a choice  to pick a vape, she just picked it herself.  Also upon receiving it bot the mouth pieces were/are missing I told Toyosee right away and sent pictures as she requested.  I have never been sent the mouth pieces either. You can not use it without a mouth piece. They took $339. from **** sent one that I am not able to use due to small parts, again I was not given a choice.  The fact that it has no mouth piece it is not usable.

    Hi there, we have made contact with the case worker and are arranging to have a cheque sent back to the caseworker office to reimburse the full amount paid as of this week. The case worker will contact their client once the cheque is received from our accounting department. Thank you.

    I have sent a letter to my caseworker at odsp to see if she has received the communication from Apollo yet. She has not.

    Hi there, we spoke with the patient's caseworkers on Oct 23rd and confirmed with her that we were able to send the money back via cheque. The cheque has been printed and mailed out as of October 30th to the caseworker who will refund it into the patient's account. Thank you!
