    We ordered a log home building package from EasyUp Structures (*********) which is the same owners. We met all payments except final payment to be made prior to taking delivery. We made final payment in October 2022 by wire transfer.Although we were hesitant to do so,as we were concerned we may have shortages-but they refused to ship until they had that payment. We had already paid them $100,000 to order the rest of the product. The entire shipment was in their yard in ********* ON. They were supposed to arrange shipping and let us know when we would receive it.They didnt communicate with us that they couldnt find a trucking company, until after we contacted them months later to see what was going on. We had to source our own trucking company. This after they had already been paid in full for several months. Upon receipt in May of 2023 we notified the owner, ***** ******* that we were sure that an insulation package that we had paid $10,000 for was not received. He assured it that it was. The pallets were all wrapped in tarps that we didnt open as the product is wood and loose pieces. As we began opening the pallets and assembling the structure, we contacted him again to tell him that we have not received the additional product we paid for. Multiple phone calls and emails were exchanged with ***** stating he would get the product to us. The last communication from him was in the fall of 2024. Multiple phone calls and emails to both him personally and to the company have been unanswered. At this point we are just looking for a refund of the money we paid for product that we have not received
