    Severely unimpressed. Poor quality customer service, ***** billing practices, price *******. *** ***** My first order of pens was absolutely stellar. $1 each! I was consistently called by the same rep for many months, so when it was time to order again I reached out to him directly (over the phone). It was suggested I could do a large bulk order but divide it throughout the year to reduce the upfront cost. Half now, half in six months.
    The price of the pens one year later had increased from $1 to $2.50…. I was then billed for BOTH orders and the funds were held for nearly two weeks. The second half of that order should never have been billed for another six months.
    Due to lack of responsiveness I chose to cancel my order. That has gone unacknowledged for weeks, and I’ve reached out several times. I was just billed yesterday, and thanked for my order after weeks of emailing every contact within the company I could find and requesting the order be cancelled.
    I may have to get a new credit card to avoid being billed again in 6 months for an order of pens they refuse to cancel… and FYI, the cancellation was given WELL in advance of production.
    At this time they still have not responded to, or acknowledged, my request in any way.
