      Hard to believe *** *** * ******** *** ** *** ***** ****** Koodo offers ZERO customer interaction. It is completely impossible to discuss a problem with a human being. Promised discounts are not reflected on the bill. Pre-authorized charges are not applied to the successfully connected bank account, but instead, I receive account overdue warnings and be charged late payment fees.

      I have been with koodo for years. However noticed that my credit record showed 72$ from koodo for 1 1/2 years. I always pay 5 days after i receive the bill. Still weeks left to due date. Customer service said they do that if the bill is not paid in between 5 days even though I am not due. I advised the can't do that i was never late and on my credit it shows like i can't afford 72$. 2 people told me they will take it to a different department. Nothing happened. Will report this to the ********** ****** ***** and go somewhere else. This is damaging my credit score I stopped counting how often I called. I am done. **** ** *****

      They reneged on the deal they offered -$29 for prepay, then charged $39.. They make it very difficult to contact them, and I got no reply to my emails. When I finally got customer service, I was interrogated as if I had tried to cheat them. They were adamant that I pay what they charged, and depend on their honest to refund me after they looked into the matter. I settled my bill at $29 a month plus all taxes and activation charge of $70, but they still cut off my service with 2 weeks paid for but not used. ***** **** ******** They do not have the faintest idea what customer service means. A red flag should have been how difficult it was to find a person to speak to. I should have checked this site first.

      I’ve been a happy Koodo Mobile customer for years. I recently needed to get a new internet provider for my apartment and saw a deal in my account for cheap home internet. I did a little bit of research online *** *** **** ***** ******** but figured I’d go for it anyway for the cheap price. I signed up through my existing Koodo profile on August 7. I carefully included my full address — with my unit number — to make sure the modem/router would be delivered properly and the service could be activated at the right location. I even received a confirmation email showing the correct address and stating that I would receive a separate email with my activation date (which I later found out is the same as the installation date — in my case, scheduled for August 14).
      The modem and router arrived on August 12 (within the 3–5 business day window), but I still hadn’t received the activation email. When I called to ask, I was told they couldn’t schedule activation because they were “missing my unit number.”
      This was incredibly frustrating for several reasons:
      1. I did include my unit number during sign-up — and have the confirmation to prove it.
      2. They successfully shipped the modem to my unit, so they obviously had the right address.
      3. Most concerning: they made no effort to contact me to resolve the issue. If I hadn’t called, my service would have just been left in limbo.
      It makes no sense that a service request can stall like this and no one follows up. A system should flag address issues right away and prompt someone to reach out — especially when activation is pending. The fact that I had to chase them down for a problem they already knew about really shook my confidence in their internet service and left me second-guessing whether I can rely on them for anything beyond my phone plan.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! **** *** * **** ** * ******** THEY INCREASE YOUR BILL AS THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR THE TERM YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GETTING!! HOWEVER THEY DID SEND ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY BILL WILL GO UP AS OF JULY. THE THING IS THAT I TOOK THIS DEAL LAST YEAR FOR TWO YEARS AND AFTER A YEAR THEY HIKING THE PRICE BECAUSE WE DID NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT. **** ** * **** ** ** ********

      Don't recommend going to this company. *********** I have been ********** ******* **** by them for over $500. They refused to do anything to fix it. Their warehouse ** **** *** refuses To look into the problem, I've called several times trying to fix the same issue and they still refuse to fix it. ******** *** ** *** ** *** **** ******** **** *** * ***** ** **** ******** They will charge

      ***** ** sales at Koodo call centre sold me full coverage protection with the brand new phone in June. ****** phone cracked both front a back in first month. Called the insurance company was told will be paying $450 from pocket. I was like no buddy said full coverage not partial coverage or I wouldn’t have agreed to pay to ******* coverage.
      After waiting all these months finally got a hold of managing department to be told we can’t do ****. Also won’t give me the phone recording which we requested ** *** ***** ****** ******* ** **** ****** ****** ** *** ***** ********
