    I ordered two units of ****** from **** *** for the first time. I didn't know or should I say I overlooked that the item I was ordering was a company. I just see open box, I thought, the ****** unit was an open box. Anyhow, after I placed both orders at the same order number last June 26, 2025, the one I ordered which turned out to be from **** *** only was received June 27, 2025. The one from Open box did not arrive to date and today is July 4, 2025. I tracked the tracking number and it's first out for delivery status was June 27, then it was updated to June 30, then it was updated to July 2 and now it is still not yet here. I escalated the concern to both **** *** and Open Box and both failed to take accountability. ****** **** said, Open BOX failed to give the physical item when they picked up last June 27 that was on the list of the manifest. Open Box only gave the physical item to ****** **** June 30. June 27, 28, 29 - 3 days had lapse because of I feel failure of Open Box to send the manifest + the physical item to ****** **** that made this delayed furthered. Open Box declined to compensate me for the inconvenience, ************ ** *** ******** ********* *** ******** ** ******* ** ** ******** ******* ** *** **** **** **** *. Open box missed something here and failed to deliver on time. However, they declined to compensate their customer and until today their order did not arrive yet. No sense of accountability. No sense of responsibility. Open Box should be taught a lesson to refresh all their employees of the escalation process to resolve a customer's concern and train their employees for customer service. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in Canada! Open Box and **** *** are equally liable IMO but Open Box just sends templated responses. ***** ***** **** *** *** ******** **** **** *** ** *** ** *** ********** *** LOOONGG delivery because they missed to send the physical item along with the manifest.
