    I placed an order for appliances with this business and my house closing got delayed. I informed them of the delay accordingly and they made no mention of any resulting issues with holding off the delivery. Original closing was Jan 22. New closing was Feb 21.

    My closing finally happened I had to chase them to deliver. They finally delivered a few of the items on the list including:

    1. Fridge
    2. Deep Freezer
    3. Stove

    These items were delivered on Feb 27, 2 days after I moved in.

    The outstanding items include:

    4. Washer
    5. Dryer
    6. Dish washer

    The fridge has a fault which I have reported to this business, asking them to repair it, given the 1 year warranty.

    All efforts to inquire about the next steps have failed as they will not pick my calls nor reply to my messages.

    The last communication from them stated that they would deliver the remaining items before the end of the week of Feb 3rd. Today is Feb 9.

    At this point, I want my money back and nothing else.

    I have *** ** ****** ********** **** **** ******** *** **** not received a refund of $1600 for an item which they failed to deliver at a promised date.     Date of Transaction: Saturday, October 28th, 2023 // Purchase: 55" ******* ** **** ** for $800.00 cash. Condition: Brand New (Expectation was Open Box/New, which was okay) with no parts/items listed as missing (as some other products advised).

    Issue: When I opened the box, there was only the screen itself, a backplate and 8-10 loose screws strewns about the box. Items Missing: Plug/Power Cord; TV Stand; Remote and Manuals. Again - none of these items were listed as not included.

    Spoke with the "CEO" (as advised on Business Card) ******** the following day, requested refund since product promised was under-delivered/incomplete. Refund was strictly denied under any and all circumstances but a satisfactory resolution was promised.
    Resolution: His guys would deliver the missing items/parts to my house the following day, Nov 4th, at 1130am and fully install everything - this would allow us to see all items and that everything was in working order. I inquired if a refund could be made on exception if the resolution didn't pan out - the CEO stayed firm - NO refunds.

    The guys did NOT show up yesterday, no calls made and no calls answered. ** ******* went to the store in person and was told they would come "today" (Nov 5th).

    FYI: Invoice does NOT state Final Sale/No Refunds; Promised product purchased not received; Promised resolution offered not carried out.

    Resolution Desired: I want the $800.00 refunded, I will happily return the screen.

    I will say that I finally reached a resolution with Smart Home Devices - however, it was not the resolution I was looking for.

    They completely refused to refund the $800 I was requesting, but instead, offered an in-store credit which went towards a straight exchange for a different TV (55'' ******* ***** TV).
    As it was clear I was not going to get my money back, and after ensuring it came with all the accessories and seemed to be in working order, I did accept the resolution.

    You can consider this matter resolved and closed (however, this company ***** *********** * **** ** ****** *****).
