I paid $10,300.00 for all new kitchen cabinets including laminated counter top with installation. It has been 3 months since they finished the kitchen installation. It is more than a month the "L" shape laminated counter top, which has one joint, is "opened up". I have called 30 times or so about the damaged counter top. The owners of the business Sam and Jana are not answering my calls, one time Sam has said that "I am not responsible for the counter top, because someone else made this for us", Sam acknowledge the fault of the counter top but refused to fix or replace it. I asked and showed this damaged counter top to two different kitchen cabinet makers, they told me that counter top has manufacturals fault, the "L" shape laminated was NOT GLUED at all before installation, they just put screws only. This is why the joint is opened up and water is going between the joint section. We paid in full to The owners Sam and Jana, we did not know where and to whom they have bought from this faulted laminated counter top. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. Kindly please help me by looking those facts and reasons. This counter top can not be fix once is installed, it has to be replaced.
