    1. Day-of ******************************* No staff were present at the venue before 12 PM and were not see by myself or my husband until the church at 3:30 PM, despite our contract of coordination from 9AM-6PM. After confirming a 9 AM flower delivery time. My family had to handle deliveries, corsage setup, and bouquet ***************** Failure: The phone number provided for deliveries and emergencies was inactive, leaving no point of contact.2. Specific Task Failures (Discussed In-Person):Backdrop: Lights for the agreed-upon backdrop were never installed. The backdrop was received however when I mentioned during the setup there were lights for it they were never put ****** Photo Booth: The promised ring light was omitted and LED sign setup did not happen, and the sign is now ************** Pole Decoration: The wrapping/decorating of the centre poll was never done. Materials I provided were never used and are now missing. 3. ************************** absence at the rehearsal led to procession errors and lost photography opportunities for the flower girls Which Ill never be able to get back that opportunity.Tables were inconsistently arranged, requiring last-minute corrections by my family.4. ********************** half my belongings were returned initially, with items still missing [items stated above].Table numbers were broken during cleanup.the day after clean up of the venue stuff was brought back and left in the room which included a full bag of my wedding favours that could have been given out as many people did not get one. Which I spent a lot of money and time to put together.5. Additional Oversights:Programs were distributed late due to errors of being left in your ********** dress received no professional attention prior to the ceremony not once did I have anyone come near me or touch my dress. And again I didnt see anyone until I showed up at the church.

    We were hired a year before hand to coordinate Michelles wedding. We had a contract agreement that was paid ahead of time of this. ******** ask afterward to change to contract to decorating. As she was aware a year before had we already had a wedding booked for that day and we were only able to coordinate her wedding. She agreed to having my assistant there coordinating day of and was compensated in a discount upon booking. ******** then said she really needed more help decorating and it would be the day before. We offered to help her decorate the day before as a favour to her.  The decoration were supplied by them and were already damaged table numbers came from them. As we helped the day before glue them back together. 


    I took full ownership on missing the rehearsal and offered them $500 in a gift card and money back. This wasnt suffice for them. We worked three days and paid an employee to do there wedding. We were happy to meet in the middle to satisfy both in this matter.  We also went and packed up the next day outside of the contract which clearly was a mistake to help them further. We were truly trying to help make up for the missed rehearsal.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    She has lied in her statement. The provided documents are proof of this. 

    The clean up is written into the contract that was broken the day she didnt show up to the rehearsal. 

    Provided proof that parts of our conversation that she approved doing the decorating. 

    The table numbers were not broken as my family and I were in the room when she broke it. 

    There is also proof of her deleting things from the  conversation so what else is she lying to about. 

    Also the proof that we were booked only 8 months out for the date. Which is another lie in her statement. 

    I have provided the entire written statement previously off all the things she did including lost decorations that have still not been returned.
