We send a lot of information about our products so they can understand how everything works and how we are able to provide the free utilities. Our products are the latest technology they are not just normal homes so there is a lot of information people need to read so they can understand. If they do not understand something pick up the phone and call us, or better yet come and have a tour of all the homes we have on display so you can see how everything works!

This Lady is trying to deliberately hurt my business. She ordered a VX INTELLIGENT MOBILE tiny home from us, which is built on a trailer and is much like a travel trailer except it is a real 4 season home. These are mobile units and can be placed anywhere. The buyer is responsible to put the home wherever she likes. She is also responsible to prepare the spot she wants it. We hired a 3 party delivery company to deliver it to her. The same company that delivers them for us across ******. She is in a very remote location that it was almost impossible for the delivery truck to get down the road. But he managed to get through and put it where she wanted it. Now it is up to her to do what she wants with it. We are only responsible to provide her a beautiful home which we did. The delivery company did a h*** of a job to get the home to her under remote and extreme conditions. Most delivery companies would of just left it on the side of the road for her to deal with. I think this lady expects us the manufacturer of the home to come and prepare her spot for her????? She is not thinking clearly. We will bend over backwards for her if there was a problem with her home, but her problem is the spot where she is placing it.
