I bought a brand new coach from aarons. It is only 10 months old, and we were moving to a seniors building. When the movers came, they notice the bottom part of the coach, it's coming apart. The material they used is subpar. And because it was an ***************** aarons, does not want to warranty it instead, they want to offer me a couch and then take off only 6 payments, instead of 10 payments that we have already made. I understand they're having problems with American companies with the tariffs. But they sold the coach to me and I feel that they should honor the warranty. This is the third coach we had purchased from them. The other 3 were used, and they were all falling apart. And broken so I said I want a new one, so I don't have this problem. So we ordered a new one through them.Figuring that we would have brand new furniture with warranty.

Put money down on a fridge at aarons that was to be delivered in ten days. I pay monthly and its almost a year and i do not have the fridge i ordered. After months and months they sent me a beat up stand in until mine arrives. It freezes everything in my fridge for the last 8 months that i have had it and they to date still not ordered my fridge. I asked for my money back as they have no filled the contract in almost a year and they said they cannot do that. I asked to speak to higher ho they told me to ****** it. So i did and called the office in the usa 3 times now. No call back. They informed me that its privately owned by a *********** but could not and would not give me any other info. They took a report and said he would call me. He has not. I called again and they said they would have someone higher up call me and they have not. Aarons is getting nasty and demanding their payment for july i dont know what else to do

Issue started on March 29th Friday with a call to my husband to let him know that *****'s knows that Ontario disability support program got paid early that month and that he could make a payment and if he couldn't make a payment to do it on Saturday as they are available then too. Also then they had a representative show up saying that he was a new management now and that I owed $140 to $170 . I know I didn't owe that amount because I made my last payment on March the 2nd and it was a payment of $240 to catch up my account to date, I told the guy that I would call ******** at the store. He threatened to come back in 2 days because I was right. i immediately I called the manager ******** and I had her review my account. I only owe for one television and my payments are down to $90.40 which I pay at the end of each month. I don't know what kind of thing they are trying to pull off but I have bought many products for this company.... beds, TVs, computers, furniture humidifiers and have paid every single one of them off. She confirmed this to me and introduce the new method of payment instead of the e-transfer way we have been used to for years. She said I had to make my payments over the phone with her and now i just owed $90.40.And that his job was to only get the phone number from us. I called ******** on the 12th of April and paid the $90.40 through the phone .Yesterday I received a call from ******** April 30th saying that this is just a friendly reminder to let me know my bills due and then today I got a voice message from and ****** saying that they are following up on my account and see that there's a few changes. Nothing we can't fix before the business opened by a whole hour 9:00 am. I then called *****'s Canada corporate *************** ****** talk to me and it said it looks like somebody messed up on your account and tried to cover it up.He gave me reference number of 125 9354. What is happening? Harrassment! Scam?! Redflags Please find out,ty *************************
