    No receipt or estimate…rudeness…yelling & swearing on the phone. Did not finish job, No resolution, Refusal to send a receipt. Overpayment of job.

    We have no record of this customer. If we did do the job we would have no problem supplying a receipt as we do this with all jobs. If this customer would contact me directly that would help

    Reddick phoned me Apr 29/23 and assured me he would send me a receipt, and would check out the unfinished job. to this date, no reply, or anything else.

    When I tried to find the customer in our records i was unable because he was in our system as **** **** not ***** ****. once i realized the problem I contacted the customer by telephone. I had already responded to the first complaint. Upon talking to ***** I did mail him a receipt. Once i had him on the phone he then made the second complaint that the stump was not low enough. I would like to add that he was happy with the height of the stump when the job was completed and now wants it lower which I said I would do but I haven't done it yet. I would also like to add that this customer did give me an email address and I sent him the quote this way and his invoice. He did receive it because he paid the bill to the correct amount. He did send a letter with the cheque saying he wanted a paper copy mailed to him and i forgot to do it which is totally my fault.
