    Requested $****** worth of propane be delivered in early October. Mid November contacted as we had not received. Determined that the delivery of propane was delivered to our neighbor but billed us.
    Requested refund and again requested to have $*** worth of propane delivered, they came and filled our tank and now outstanding bill of $*******. Have not provided refund for delivery made to neighbor and refusing to come and remove remaining propane.
    Will not call back. Refusing to provide us updates, we would like propane pumped out of tank as this was their error, we use propane for back up heat only and burn max of $***/year, we have requested they remove their tank . Again no actions taking place and refuse to provide follow up.

    I can assure there have been MULTIPLE conversations / communications with this customer regarding their account with us

    I will forward their reply as soon as I receive it but please don’t consider this matter to be ignored, it’s very much been actioned on our side
