      I paid my subscription in full and now get an error message every time I enter a transaction.
      «Your have the Starter Version You Need to Upgrade.»
      I paid for the Home version.
      I have tried to contact the customer service. Phone number not in service.
      I connected to my account but got caught in a never ending circle of FAQ.
      I cannot connect to the Chat line to expose my problem.
      They offer the 30 days money back guarantee but the number I need to call is not in service, and the chat does not work.
      Over the years Quicken as gone from Excellent to good, to bad.
