Hi. This company New Pioneer Travel was/is also known as *** Vacation. I booked an 8 day Japan trip on Nov 29, 2021 leaving October 28, 2023 I upgraded to a max of one layover and added two more nights to return Nov 6, 2023. I paid the initial deposit of $600 when I booked and the second deposit of $600 on Dec 13, 2021. And made the final payment of $1,714.00 on April 27, 2023. The company sent a preview email on August 23, 2023 with screen shots of a flight plan and hotel choices, there were no flight or hotel confirmations. Since then there has been no communication from the 'tour operator' about a final itinerary, the web chat service on the *** website just keeps saying I have to email the tour operator who has not responded. I called and emailed the airline they previewed and neither I nor my husband were on the manifest. I also contacted the hotels shown and they did not have any reservations for us during the trip dates. **** ******* ** * ******** **** *** ****** *** ** ******* ** ******** ** ** ****** ** *** **** I want them to give me a full refund on the $2,914 I have paid them over the past 2 years since they have not provided the service/trip I paid for.
