I thoroughly enjoy working with ******. She is an amazing person. She is very patient and kind. She goes the extra mile to please me or find out the information I need to know to make a qualified decision regarding our publication. She has worked with me to make sure I understood Pines' process of doing things from beginning to end. I look forward to working with her through our entire process. I had a fantastic experience with Pinebook Writing! Lia, my project manager, was incredibly thorough and patient, walking me through every step and answering all my questions in detail. Ryan and Damon were also professional and informative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed and appreciated their flexibility as I took my time with the project. I posted on my ******** page that I had finished writing my book and Pine Book Writing commented and actively and ************ offered their services. I decided to give them a chance. They went through things a little too fast for me. The lady I was assigned to did not speak very good English. I had a hard time understanding her and at times she had a hard time understanding me. My book is a book of poetry. Many of my poems rhyme. They changed a word in two of my poems. They were key rhyming words so the poems did not flow the way they should have. They didn’t even ask me if it was ok to change them. My book was published on ****** with several punctuation mistakes, a table of contents that had page numbers that did not take you to the appropriate poem and two messed up poems. After I had already told my friends and family that it was active and available on ******, my book had to be taken off ****** to be fixed. I had already ordered quite a few books. Fortunately I was able to cancel that order but a couple ** ** ******* had already received theirs and they were the messed up ones. They (Pine Book Writing) asked for my log info for my ****** account and my ****** account so they could publish my book. They kept my account logged in on their devices when I specifically asked them not to. They were on my accounts after hours (3 am) Their IP address was not from Canada ** *** **** ******* ******** *** ******* ****** **** ****** **** ** ******* **** *** * ****** ** *** ****** A passkey was set up on my ****** account (face recognition or fingerprint) I have never set up any kind of passkey or had any strange devices logged into my account. If that wasn’t enough they actually wanted me to give them control of my computer but I refused. The final finished book is nice but after a lot of stress and inconvenience. I personally will not be publishing my next book with them. It was not a good experience all especially being my first experience.Pine Book Writing Inc

Pine Book Publishing has worked diligently to match my needs with the right editor.
Dextor has taken over editing and has done a wonderful job working quickly and effectively in moving my 800-page novel along. I am looking forward to working with him for the rest of the manuscript.

My experience with Pine Book Publishing was unique. The publishing process stood out to me, as this is where this company shines. Once the process begins, an expert is assigned to you and will work diligently to finish your project. Lia was my expert and we corresponded for a few months, She was very focused until the project was finished, and communicated every necessary detail every step of the way.
