    This company is not reliable , *** *** *********** they sell used recalled units , with that unit they call a knock off manual with a date pretending it is newer. They sold a cracked unit to my family that was a 2016 recalled unit with a 2022 manual. It left co2 levels so high my household was sick. *** ******* **** **** ** *** *** ******** ** **** ***** *** * **** ********** **** **** *** *** ******* **** **** ***** *** **** *** **** * *** ***

We are writing in response to your recent message, which contains numerous false, baseless, *** ********** accusations against our company and staff.

Your claims - including that we sell recalled or damaged units, falsify manuals, endanger households with CO2 exposure, and operate a scam - are entirely untrue and without any supporting evidence. If you believe otherwise, we strongly encourage you to provide concrete documentation or third-party reports that verify your allegations.

We take customer safety and satisfaction seriously. All our products go through strict quality control, and any concerns regarding product integrity are addressed through proper channels. Making unsubstantiated accusations not only undermines your credibility but may also expose you to legal liability.

Regarding your claim about reviews and website changes: we have never deleted pages to hide feedback. We welcome genuine reviews and work to resolve issues honestly - not through deception.

Unless you can provide verified evidence to support your statements, we consider this matter defamatory, and we reserve all rights to take appropriate action to protect our business and reputation.

Funny thing is , we have full proof of this. And we had such high CO2 exposure it made people pass out in my house. And your company came and tested the air and said it was fine… i have proof of this also , so i called a local company while your worker was at my house and they tested the highest CO2 they have ever seen in there entire life… they showed your worker to there face with it fully documented because you were gonna leave us with that in the air… this was due to a cracked furnace you sold us that was a 2016 ******* unit you sold us in 2022 i also have proof of that…. You were gonna leave our house with the co2 at over 10,000 PPM and climbing fast

They sold me a new system for my home that included a 20 year maintenance plan.
The agreement included that they would pay out my ******** water heater - they did not, it's been over a year.
It is impossible to reach any one.
My heating system is not working and I can not reach anyone to have a technician come out to fix it. There are only Voicemails and unanswered messages.
They provided an emergency number to contact and no one ever answers that one either.
I continue to make my monthly payments and have never gotten a response from them.
Not sure what recourse I have when you're in this situation.

Hi *****, in regards to the buyout and double billing charges, we just received the official final documents from you for your ******** account on February 15th and we will be providing you reimbursement for it. In regards to the heat pump not working, the technician we sent to your home informed us that you indicated to him that you had an inspector of some sort at your home as you are selling the house. Generally home inspectors will inspect all of the equipment in the home, and in this case, it was very apparent that someone in the house had popped off the furnace door causing the door switch for the furnace to not be secured, which caused the furnace to not work and in turn the heat pump will not work when the furnace is not working. In instances like this where it is not an install related or equipment defect issue, there usually is a service call charge of $249 plus tax but we waived this service call charge for you.
