    Make Sure ....
I was referred Efficient Home Comfort Services by a very dear family member who had used them for heating and air conditioning. So I called them, as I was wanting to have my exterior home doors replaced. I must start off by saying that I have never purchased any exterior doors in my life. * ** * ****** *** * *****. I purchased my home 37 years ago and it came with all its doors. The salesman was very pleasant and responded quickly to my text messages and/or phone calls. When the salesman came to my home to take measurements and collect my deposit and get the final decisions made as to which door insert and door knob I wanted, he could see that the decor in my home is neutral. Various shades of white and off-white. My current (now old door) was rose exterior and white interior. For my new door I had requested black exterior, with a full glass insert. Interior colour was never asked, so I assumed that the new door would be white, as that was what my current (now old door was). I did not request a different colour. On installation day, the men arrived, they were very polite. The door was black exterior and black interior. Upon reaching out to the salesman, I was told that is the way people want the interior to be, and that it was a miscommunication. If I wanted it to be corrected, I would have to purchase a new door. I had paid $4000.00 for the door, and they wanted me to pay again. After a text message to them, they never responded back to me. I have had to hire a painter to have the door painted white on the interior. I love the exterior of my front entry door but not the interior. (until I had it corrected, at my expense).
I guess it's another story of consumer 'please beware'..
