    The software itself works as intended, but the licensing policy is unreasonably restrictive and poorly disclosed. A license is locked to a single machine and cannot be transferred—even if the computer fails within months of purchase. Customer support offers no flexibility, and this limitation is not clearly stated on the website’s FAQ or sales policies pages, only appearing at the activation stage after payment. For a product at this price point, such a lack of accommodation make it difficult to recommend. Additionally, customer support blamed me for the problem with all caps words and a ********** **** tone. ***** **** ********
