Worst experience I've every had with off shore registration. ******************************************************** The staff was late, wasted our time collecting all of our personal data, and then stalled for over two weeks before wasting our time and asking for more documents. We were unable to process your order because the information and documents provided to our company was not in compliance with the legislation of the jurisdiction where you wish to register your company.
In order to be able to register a company in the jurisdiction you choose, due diligence documents are required to be submitted and the documents and information provided did not meet the requirements of the legislation of the jurisdiction.

Tara and her team did a great job forming a limited liability corporation in Nevis for me. It was efficient and thorough. They helped me with providing templates for reference letters to my lawyer and banker. They also charge a reasonable price for incorporation and bank referral services.
