  ****** and his team were super helpful and professional. They helped remove asbestos and mold in our basement and they got it done quickly while we were away on vacation. They took photos of the process and made us feel safe to come back home. Highly recommended!

  Very quick to respond, and sent a well-informed and helpful technician to my home to complete the asbestos testing. Follow ups were also quick, and thorough, and they offered to speak with my contractor on remediation plans. A pleasure to deal with everyone on the team.

  What started as ceiling asbestos removal snowballed really quickly into a much bigger job requiring us to move out. Thankfully it turns out they do renovations too, which for this situation is amazing because having another company to come in for the re-build would have been hard to coordinate, and would have kept us out of the house even longer. Having one team do the whole job end-to-end is a huge plus. ** **** *** * ****** ******** ** *** ***** ** ***** *** **** **** ** ******** ** **** ****** *** *** ****  Final specs of the job: -Remove 3 full ceilings and half a wall of old asbestos-ridden plaster -Demo a leaky master shower, and mold removal -Demo second washroom floor tile, and mold removal -Demo old sauna, and mold removal -Rebuild everything: master shower, second washroom floor tile, all ceilings and walls and paint -Finish most the basement, which had been torn up from a recent flood….cement leveling, flooring, some insulation and drywall and paint That seems like a lot of work. And they said they would do it in 2.5 weeks. And they did. They started the exact day I wanted them to start, and finished exactly 2.5 weeks later. 2.5 weeks! The whole experience from multiple initial consults with Robert to working with Gerard and his guys Alan and Roger was a great experience. These are some solid guys who just want to do a really good job. The quality of the work (from what I can tell) is high, done fast and on time, at a cost that was perfectly fair. You almost never get all three without compromise. Templar as a company right now is perfectly scaled. The two co-founders are hands-on enough to manage and schedule their team’s work effectively, but it’s not so big as there is a lot of extra staff and overhead costs that are then passed on to the consumer. It was an amazing experience overall. I took a huge risk with them and it paid off. Would definitely recommend especially for larger jobs like mine. All the best to team Templar!

  A few short years ago I noticed a musty smell in my basement. My house is older and not knowing how to manage the issue myself I did research and found that Templar Environmental Services *** ***** ********** ********. Robert T. answered my call directly and personally visited my house to locate the problem. He found an area of mould and developed a plan immediately. His team came to the house as discussed and in a timely manner. I found the team to have been not only efficient but proactive in their methods to ensure they resolved the entire issue. Following the job I asked if and how I could paint the area and they advised me of the appropriate way to do it and suggested products that could be used. I followed all the instructions and now after a few years since Templar did the job, I still notice how clean and fresh the area is. I believe Templar Environmental Services went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and the job was successfully completed. ***** ** *******

  We had Templar remove asbestos vinyl tile that was found and the plaster popcorn ceilings. Robert came in, reviewed and gave us a quote quickly. From there, his team was in and out within two days and completed all the work with great communication. The price was also very reasonable.

  We had two rooms that had asbestos backed tile flooring and have been wanted to redo the floors. Robert came and inspected the site and promptly provided a quote over the weekend. By the next week his team was able to come in and remove the tile flooring down one layer of subfloor to ensure all of the asbestos mastic material has been removed. They did good work. Leaving the site clean and accomplished the task in good time and with great result. Thank you.

  Richard and his team came to the rescue when we found out (via a home inspection) that asbestos had been used to insulate our fifteen air return vents. The house was built over fifty years ago before it was a banned material. They wore hazmat suits, and had us vacate the home while doing the process. In three hours it was completed at a very reasonable price. Thank you Templar !!
