    For the most part we were very happy with the job done by Baha consisting of the installation of new baseboards and flooring in our condo. I was disappointed that on a minimum of four different occasions they were more interested asking for a tip as opposed to asking us what we thought of the job. We did try to follow up on a small issue but received a rude reply stating that our business was concluded and that their normal hours of operation were 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. We tried replying but discovered we were blocked on messenger and a voicemail left went unreturned. They characterized us as being unappreciative for the extra work they did but we never requested it. Throughout the whole process we praised their workmanship, dedication and expressed our gratitude. Being treated this way in the end left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

    Joses ***************** was a true delight to work with. We have 4 decks ( 750 sq. ft. ) reinstalled. Their attention to detail was incredible. The crew worked long hard hours and were polite and friendly and are extremely talented carpenters. We even made a video with the whole crew at the end of the project. **** after leaving watched the video a noticed a piece of wood was missing and drove back and installed it. I have passed his name on to *********** and they asked for quotes. I recommend ***************** and if I could give them 6 ??,s I would. Thx **** and crew.

    Following the tornado catastrophe in May 2022 we were left with a multitude of damage. Our roof was hit by multiple trees causing damage to the exterior and interior of the home. Our fence needed repairs as well as our pergola. We contacted **** who made it his priority to assess the damage and come up with a plan to make all the necessary repairs. **** was very accommodating and flexible. The repairs were done with rigor and precision. **** and his team treated us with empathy and professionalism. If you're looking for fairness and good craftsmanship then look no further! We recommend BAHA to all our friends and family.
