            Business replaced transmission and warrantied it for 160000 km. Truck mileage was recorded as 317575 at the time of replacement and currently has 323871. Less than 6300 kms have been on this transmission and the transmission is blown. There is no 5th or 6th gears. When I called the business, the owner **** at first *** said he never worked on this truck then admitted to replacing the transmission 3 times under warranty and then lost it and swore he won't touch this truck again no matter what the warranties say. When asked about the specifics of the work it was established that he didn't program the transmissions to the truck with the proper tools which caused them to disengage. He ************ *** swore he wouldn't be touching this truck again and then hung up on me. I need my transmission replaced or a complete refund so that I can get it replaced at a *************** establishment.
