I am a single older female who often feels at a disadvantage when dealing with male led companies. **** was so patient and respectful. He was honest and truthful. He showed me before and after photos. He was true to his quote. He and his guys came as expected and did a great job. Thry were professional and courteous. Thank you so much for a job well done. When we had roof leaks we chose **** and his team at Penney Roofing. Our decision was based on the two most important facts, excellent ratings and references. *************************** has both! Needing a new roof is daunting and protects our valuable asset, our home. **** made it stress free, we are extremely pleased with his excellent workmanship and perfect result.Review from Jan W

I’m a first time customer of Penney’s Roofing and it was a very good first experience. My eaves trough was draining water against my foundation and it was running into the house during a heavy thaw. **** responded same day, actually within an hour. Upon inspection, **** made a temporary fix to divert the water and then arranged permanent repair within days. I will definitely use Penny’s Roofing in future and would recommend this company.Review from George T

Extremely satisfied with the work Penney’s performed. They were responsive, hard working, and reliable. When an issue with our old roof came up they were so quick to get a hold of us to make sure they could go ahead! The guys worked SO hard to get the job done in 1 DAY, 1 DAY!! I couldn’t believe it when I got home and they were STILL there, that’s workmanship!! Penney’s comes HIGHLY recommended!Review from Ted G

Penney's roofing just completed the installation of our new roof. We are beyond pleased with the work and, of course, his crew. We approached Penney's as they were replacing our neighbor's roof and then took a look at other jobs that he completed within our neighborhood. The owner came over to give us a quote and did a thorough inspection. We live on a very busy street in town and all of the neighbors walking by couldn't believe the transformation of our new roof. Not only did he replace the roof, he painted the cupola and installed our weather vane. We would have no hesitation in recommending Penney's Roofing. Amazing job!!!!! **** ****** and his team recently re-shingled my roof. It was a big job on some very hot days. Despite that, they were consistently thorough, patient and delightful to communicate with. My roof looks awesome and I would definitely use them again but I won't live long enough to need my roof reshingled, thanks to their diligent work. I also wanted to commend **** on his professionalism. When he came review his quote with me, he was very thorough in explaining the shingles, warranty and exactly what he and his team would be doing. As well he is very punctual and prompt in his responses to my texts. He actually moved my apt up a few weeks from the date he originally gave me. He aims for perfection and gets as close to it as is humanly possible :)Penney's Roofing & General Contracting Response
