    A dishwasher warranty expired oct 2021.
    -phone records prove zoli ssartz was called regarding, soap not dissolving during washing cycle
    -multiple time stamp photos and a noisy video (june - aug 2021) show issue
    -repairman indicated plugged drain -even though no issue with water draining
    -second visit blamed it on obstruction in lower tray even though photos show otherwise
    -according to ***** ****** = repair man replaced on sept 8- facia panel
    -in jan 2022 they replaced the washer motor and was not covered by warranty...
    -service bill was not paid
    -emails with photos were sent to the zoli office, email also sent indicating intention of filing a complaint with no response.

    I respectfully request the BBB intervene and resolve this issue.

    Good afternoon
    Regarding **** *********
    This unit required a Heat Pump, which was now out of warranty .
    Our serviceman went out there several months prior, and the unit was functioning properly.
    The customer was in his final stages of warranty and the customer most likely wanted unit upgraded with new parts but unit was 
    functioning properly, and we do not replace parts when not needed.
    We received a call Jan.12/22 that the unit was not heating. The serviceman went out and checked the unit it wasn't heating,
    the unit required a heat pump. There was no warranty left on this unit.  We ordered the heat pump, returned installed the part and tested the operation.
    The wife signed the acknowledged the new part was installed and the unit working properly, The wife told the serviceman her husband would pay the bill.
    We received a email from the customer saying he is not paying, it should be covered under warranty.
    The serviceman called the customer and he again said he is not paying this bill.
    We have been in business for 70 years, because Zoli taught his boys we are repairmen, not part changers.
    We are under contract with several manufactures and we don't put parts in to units when not required.  That is how we keep our contracts.
    We would appreciate the customer to pay for the part $ 154.25 and we will disregard the service call and labour.
    I am sending you the bill his wife signed.
    Please inform me of your decision.
