The company shall, in addition to any other remedy at available at law, be entitled to injunctive relief to cure any breach of threatened breach of this Agreement by you. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this agreement.

      We purchased a metal roof from the company and our contact was **** ******** (business Development manager) . The installation went well and have been generally happy with the product. The product came with a 50 year guarantee like most metal roofing providers and now we need some service relating to snow brakes. We have reached out with a disconnected number, their web presense has vanished so we now assume they are no longer in business. Our guarantee and service requirement is now unfulfilled and appear to have little recourse. We have talked ot many other roof installers and they will no do what we require given they were not the original installers. How do we proceed ? We have our contract if required

      Approximately 10 years ago we engaged Clicklock Premium Metal Roofing to install a metal roof to our Home. Over the years as one would think our needs were limited other than replacing snow brakes that they did for a fee which was fine. This week we wanted to reach out again to replace the snow brakes on the balance of our home. This original roof installation came with a 50 year guarantee. When I call today regarding the service we wanted all phone numbers were out of service and the website is shutdown. ********* **** *** ** ****** ** ********* We were not contacted regarding going out of business or if someone else bought them out to service the balance of our warranty.
