    I ordered a product. Only a portion of it was delivered. When I asked the seller to deliver the remainder, the seller encouraged me to shop at a different vendor rather than send me the remaining parts. After an exhaustive back and forth, it was discovered the seller knowingly sold the item incomplete. ******* ******* * ** *** *** **** ******** *** *** *** **** *********** Despite offering a full refund, I still have a 10x10’ built gazebo in my backyard missing a roof - that I cannot locate parts for - but the seller recommends a spend more [dis]assembly time dismantling it to give it to ‘charity’.

    I want a complete product or upgraded complete product. I paid for a complete gazebo by their ******* advertising and have exhausted time, frustration and disappointment in their level of client service.

    We have purchased TWO on-demand electric water heaters from Vevor.

    The total price was over $700.

    The website claims that they are *** certified, when they are NOT.

    These units can NOT be used in Canada, as they are non-compliant with electrical code.

    Vevor has offered me a $60 'compensation payment' with an offer for me to keep the units. *** ***** *** ******* ** *** ** ******* The most recent email makes claims that it will take a significant amount of time to have them returned (at my cost) before any refunds can occur.

    ***** ***** *** *** ** ******* **** ** ******* Both my electrician and electrical inspector have had this same issue on numerous occasions.

    I have made a return offer of a 'compensatory payment' of $600.
    If received, these units will be destroyed and disposed of, ensuring no one else can use them.

    Moments after placing the order It was realized I made an error and I cancelled the order. I contacted Vevor several times to have the shipment stopped prior to the shipping label being created and after the label was created. The item arrived damaged and the handle does not operate properly. They have offered a 21.00 dollar discount. I appreciate the offer however the item is defective and I wish to return it. They refuse to provide a return label which goes against there return policy.

    November 28 2024, 11:24.55am. I ordered a food prep table for 371.98. When it arrived the braces that support the weight underneath the table top were damaged, so it would not be able to hold the 550lb capacity that it was advertised at. We have contacted Vevor and they keep saying that it will not affect the use of it

    On October 6th we ordered a shower niche from Vevor. October 16th it finally arrived smashed in. According to their website this is returnable for refund. We contacted the company with photos and spent days waiting on a technician to "approve" the damage.

    First response, they offered $20 and we could keep the crushed shelf and repair it ourselves. Second response $35. Third response $45. ******** **** ******* *** ********  You only have 30 days for refunds* *** **** **** *** **** * ***** ************ ********* Also, if you read the wording of the refunds page you see it done so carefully as to never say full refund even though the product that arrived is destroyed by the carrier, well assuming the company didn't send it like this, with the way they've responded, it's highly possible. (You can reject it directly if it is "confirmed" damaged, both parties reach an "agreement" on the "solution", once "verified", We will "offer you a suitable solution", and; Statement: VEVOR reserve all the right for the "final explanation" of the return and refund policy.)

    Ordered a Gazebo that was not suitable for our needs, received a return authorization from Vevor on Sept 17 2024. Product was shipped via *** & received by seller on Sep 23rd.
    I waited 7 days after receipt to inquire about the refund to no avail. I receive ******** response from the seller, almost appears to be automated.
    There is no contact telephone # available in order to resolve this issue expediently.
    I have also had to involve ****** customer service, awaiting their response at this time

    The veld on the base of the tub came undone, making the tub unusable. Also the shower head has been leaking from day one. Contacted Vevor originally on 29th day of delivery, would like a resolution to my problem, I can’t work without a tub. Company not responding after several attempts to get a response from the correct department.

    I ordered online a pressure washer It said to charge the battery 5 hrs which I did and it showed full charge. But the washer did not even hum to my upset I requested a refund they said to send them a video of this and I did since then they said that It will take time to look at this so for 17 days answering ****** questions they say I took to long to make answers every day I was in touch , only to get is there this or there that? I answered everything they asked only to say I didnt * **** ***** **** ******* ** ***** ** *** ******* ** ** ***** Like there saying your lying good luck very upset to be treated this way What else should I do to get my money back they dont want to stay to there no hassel free return . they promiss I do have e-mail sent to me and me to them I can send them to you if you send me an e-mail.
