    This business boldly advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website. My son spent his birthday money with this company to obtain his Pleasure Craft Operators Card in March. After successfully completing the course, he was advised to wait 3 to 5 weeks for his physical card to arrive in the mail. After 5 weeks it had not arriveed, and we were told too wait another 3 to 5 week period. After that period has passed, still without receiving his physical card I expressed or dissatisfaction to customer service and requested a refund as per their advertised policy. They declined that request and told us to wait and additional 3 to 5 week period for the physical card to arrive. I told them no, we are demanding a refund as this has gone past a reasonable waiting time. My son cannot operate or boat on his own without this card to prove he is legal as we do not have a printer to produce a temporary certificate. I continued to demand, and was denied an refund and was told that they do not offer refunds in accordance with their purchase policy. This is in direct conflict with the policy they have posted on their website and when I brought this discrepancy up it was completely ignored, then my email address was flagged as spam, leaving me with no way to escalate this. For that matter, I am no longer able to even contact them as my email get bounced back.I am unable to find any alternate contact points within this business as there is no public information about who works there.. who is in charge. **************** is the only contact point
