      ************************* operating as Scrap Daddy came to my property last August to remove scrap metal 2 tons and take for sale and redeem the cash for payment. ****************** remove much goods he was not supposed to and took tool and tie down straps. As well as leaving a large oil spill from a very large tank that was to remain. ****************** and his helper were not equiped with safety gear or any proper tools to manage the job properly and safely. Not only showing up 5 hours late, our agreed time of 8:00 am became 1:00pm inconveniently.This has been reported to the compensation board as well.Kind regards,********************* *************************************************************************************** ************

      This is a completely fraudulent post from *********************. I have all the proof of the amount of lies this man has said. Every email, text, threatening voice mails, dates of stalking my kids and their mom, dates and videos of this man stalking myself. I would like a phone call to discuss this with someone from BBB. To get the list required from me of all and any proof. Down to the time shot showing our actual arrival time and the fact we had the load already on and out the trailer with a time stamp again showing ****** lie about our arrival time as well. This man is very unstable and has not paid a bill from over a year ago of $734.50. Again I do have all pictures down to a signed document from his employer when they received the ( ratchet strap ****** claims is stolen) because ****** told us to never step on the property (I have every email) He refused to meet in person and collect the strap he lent us that was to be returned on the return trip for the second load. We never returned so again his employer, made a document for myself, the employer and witness signed when they accepted the strap for him. *************** is a compulsive, unstable, liar. I wish I never worked for him. He has been nothing but stress since this incident. Due to ************ attempt at this to I am hoping this will be the final straw in providing me enough to open a defamation of character law suit against this man. I have taken time off work now to deal with this problem again as my reputation is something I care about. I would like a proper phone call to discuss all evidence needed provided to dispute this claim and have it dealt with correctly. I have time stamps, I have emails. The township of ************** as well as the ********************* ********************* denied all attempts from myself and company to clean up any of the oil. Taking all responsibility at that point for any damages and clean up costs. This sill was property reported to all of the proper companies as I am legally required to do so as I am a company. This man again is not stable in any compacity. Ask him for his evidence of everything, if he called the police ask for a report number. All ********************* does and is known for his how much he lies. Sorry I did not respond faster as it did go to junk email, on top of my company is reputable, and very busy, I did try my best to reach out last week but never got the time with my work load  and personal life with 4 kids. I would like to deal with this because truly I don't want anything to do with ********************* over a year later he is doing this as well. This is in retaliation from when Hope ( my kids mom) called the police and had them talk to ********************* for stalking her and the kids. They have nothing to do with my company so they are not involved. Then after you have now received this complaint. I am hoping regardless this will be the last piece of proof and trouble caused by ********************* that something can be done in the court system. ***** *********************** Owner Operator of The Scrap Daddy ************ please have someone call me or email me to further discuss submitting all and any evidence of this mans lies. Every email and lie contradicts itself as they change every time. Please advice.

      I receive an email response dated the 17th of July 2024 requesting this vary response within ten calendar days, which is within this time line and My response is attached.

      To whoever our case worker is. 
      Your system makes it very difficult when defending yourself against anyone using your system. 

      I have tried many attempts now to reply. I can only submit a certain amount of proof via size. 

      As I have stated before If you need or require more and proof against ****** to call me or email me at ************ or *************************************

      I dont lie and back up every claim, I have voicemails saved from this man threatening us, I have videos from him being in my parking lot, pictures of him stalking my kids and wife. (He included her post on his page warning others) 

      The horror stories and amount of people that are being harassed by this crazy little man is mind blowing. Last year you can look into your records at BBB I even reported ********************* as a scammer via your website but clearing that didnt go anywhere. 

      As your system is a bit flawed has timelines and doesnt allow to send in all or very much if any proof, please contact me outside of this complaints forum. 

      The (OPP) Police told me to not speak with or have any contact with ********************* unless in court. I will not be replying again in a public format that has me directly talking with this man. 

      I have evidence that goes against EVERYTHING this man is claiming. Down to having a form made and signed by his past employer accepting this stolen ******************.l was returned also. 

      Again this is a client who refuses to pay a bill, and we feel this is an attempt at retaliation as he was actually contacted and talked to by the police for stalking ***********************. 

      This is the last reply to this issue you will recieve from myself outside of talking to a lawyer first. As I do hope this will be the last piece of evidence to prove the character of *********************.

      I am rejecting this response because: Nothing of my complaint has been answered or resolved. ****************** has simply used repeatedly the same slanderous/defaming  comments.  I would seem the only recourse to this matter is Supreme ******************** as all proper evidence will be presented in a very structured legal approach.
