Cardinal Plumbing and Electric will, with reasonable promptness during normal working hours, remedy any defect in material or workmanship. In no event shall we be held liable for any water, monetary or other damage caused by any defect in material or workmanship, or any delay in remedying a defect in material or workmanship. Material is not warranted unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Drain Cleaning is not guaranteed to clear the drain. All drain cleaning and faucet repairs are not warranted.Exclusions and Limitations of Warranties:
We are not responsible for the following, and are excluded from the coverage of this limited warranty:
Work performed by or materials installed by others not in this agreement.
Leaks occurring during investigative work due to rusted or defective pipes, fixtures and fittings.
Defects and failures from mistreatment or neglect or otherwise not caused by defects in Cardinal’s materials or workmanship.
Mold development or mold detection of any kind.
