    I hired Spray-Net Peterborough to paint my solid oak kitchen cabinet doors in August 2024. The sales guy asked me if I wanted the wood grain taken out. I asked him what that meant and he showed me a painted door that was solid paint no grain. I liked that so I picked that. They painted the doors and it was a mess. Some had the wood grain some didn't. Also, the primer was coming through. They took them back and repainted. Same thing. This happened about 4 times. Finally the owner said there was nothing they could do and suggested I buy new doors. He said he would paint them and hang them for nothing. I should hope so!!! I was forced to buy new doors as the ones they painted they ruined. So, they painted the new doors and hung them. 6 doors had flaking paint and 3 doors fell off the hinges. They came and took the 6 doors early Sept 2025. That was the last time I have seen them. Note, another 3 doors have fallen off. I am so ticked off. I have been a whole year without doors on my cupboards. Oh and when they hung the new doors, they put in the wrong screws and when they screwed them in they just popped out. One apparently landed in my garbage disposal and ruined the disposal. Don't know what I can do now.

    We enterred into contract on May 22, 2025 with Spray-Net to have the exterior of our house painted. We made our deposit immediately.When we signed the contract - we were provide a date of June 16, 2025 for the work to occur.Spray-Net NO SHOWED - with no communication.We contacted them - they responded 2 days later and pushed the date 2 weeks.Again - NO Show - No communication.When we finally contacted - they pushed us into July.Again - No Show - No contact until we continually called/messaged.End of July - they tried to push us into late August.We cancelled the contract.They took the full 15 days to return the deposit - should note - they tried to apply a 7% admin fee held back from the deposit.After much back and forth - they finally returned the 7% held back.Excuses that were provided for the work being delayed / pushed:1. Weather 2. Staffing Issues 3. "un-forseen circumstances"They were terrific communicators until they got their deposit.Then they became the worst. We NEVER heard from them. They only responded anywhere form 2 days to week after we contact them following repeated no shows.Stay away from Spray Net.Terrible experience.
