May 23, 2022 $2,634.23 (1 of 6 payments) They offer an online mentorship program. They don't let me see what I'm purchasing until I sign up for the course. This was a high pressure sales call, telling me they won't work with me if I don't sign up while I'm on the call and that I need to hurry because he has another meeting to be at. But not to worry because if this course isn't for me, they'll refund my money in full once I've had a chance to look at it. He told me the agreement I was signing was only saying that I would not sue them. He said nothing of "no refund" in the agreement. After signing up on this trial, I looked at what the course offered and wrote them the next day, asking for my refund, as this isn't what I'm looking for and I won't benefit from it. We had a call a week later and Riley told me that he won't refund my money as he believes I will benefit from the course. He did not inform me that the promised refund was solely based off his discretion. He plans to bill me the full $15,800cad over the next 6 months. I asked for a copy of the recorded zoom call, but he cannot find it. I believe this is very dishonest. I have been lied to and cheated.
