We have a lot more proof and all emails, but we exceed the Max size of upload.Sparks Notes:We hired Black Honey to be the catering to our wedding on March 23rd 2024. From that date to today, it as been very hard to get any form of answer, taking weeks and many follow **** We made our 10 000$ deposit (split into 2 dates: March 26 & September 4 2024). Our last Zoom meeting was December 4, after sending an email highlighting our concerns with their ability to fulfill their duties and lack of communication. We were supposed to meet again in February, but every email sent for a follow up, never was responded or the main request was ignored. February 23rd, we went to a wedding vendor day, where we were informed that *********** had had bad services for the last few wedding and that they were selling. We did research and found that it was true and that there first "for sale" was before our last meeting, which we were never informed. (Proof of sell in pdf) With this new info we made the decision to not proceed with them in fear that they would sell and not provide their services and because of their lack communication. We reached out to them with our concerns, request to cancel their services and for our deposit back. Our concerns were disregarded and instead request to meet. We agreed and gave a time to meet for February 28 2025 at 5:30pm, which was pushed back per their request, reschedule meeting, they were a no show. From March 1 to March 11 2025, we have done a total of 5 follow up, with no response. We have now been ignored and unable to resolve the issue, if no result, our nest steps are to take the legal action to hopefully receive our 10 000$ back as they have failed to provide us with an invoice or contract, their business is selling and we were never informed, causing us to believe that they would of never been able to fulfill our catering event in the first place that we payed for.
