5 starsWe found Serendipity Acres after a long search for reputable breeder of Cavaliers. We are so grateful we did and we couldnt just stop at one puppy. We drove 4 hours to meet *** and visit the kennels and we placed a deposit for a future cavalier puppy. While there a puppy needed a re*home after a family couldnt keep their cavapoo. ******* was going to be a bigger dog as his mom was a moyen poodle. He is a wonderful, smart, calm, social, friendly 6 month old puppy now and we couldnt be more thrilled with his size and temperament. This is a testament to the breeder. We recently welcomed 12 week old ******, the cavalier we had put the deposit on. He is exactly the same as Charlie * is social, eager to learn, friendly and already trained on all the basics. We highly recommend Serendipity Kennels as an ethical breeder that cares about the pups long after they have gone to their homes.Review fromStefanie Z

5 starsWe couldn’t be happier with our experience with *** at Serendipity Acres! From the beginning Sue was open and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding size, fur types, health and breeds of her dogs. We took her up on a visit to Serendipity Acres and were able to view the parents, and the farm in general. What a beautiful place!
We were matched with our gorgeous toy cavapoo ****** and picked her up a few weeks ago! Thank you Sue for helping our family be matched with an absolutely beautiful pup who is the star of our house. * **********Serendipity Acres

2 starsTotally misled. We were told we were buying a TOY Cavapoo. On three occasions she said between 10-12 pounds. At 18 weeks he’s already 12 pounds. I’m a senior with chronic shoulder issues and she knew this. I can barely pick him up now. It will be impossible as both he and I get older. This was very! Unfair. He also came to us with worms. She didn’t offer to pay vet bills of $360 nor did she bother to enquire how he was doing. It’s all about the money. I will say we love him deeply. He’s smart, sweet, and so kind. So their dogs must be treated well. But being misled is not something a good breeder should do.Serendipity Acres

Hello I am sorry NO JOY ! *** ***** you are feeling this ways. As I have explained too you on several occasions we ESTIMATE size in puppies from their parents genes. Seeing you picked the largest male in the litter and we saw he was getting large . On June 22 I offered you a full refund of your deposit that day before you even received him and you declined saying you loved him ********** WAY!!. No REFUND!!Its a shame you never even came to our wonderful facility to see his parents and siblings. Also I offered partial delivery for my gas fee to ****** for you seeing you just got home from a vacation. Seeing you are seniors. When your puppy was checked by my licensed veterinarian he dewormed him. Puppies need monthly deworming every 30 days up to approximately 6 months of age. So on July 8 (over his expected vaccination due date)when you went to your veterinarian and found your puppy had worms this is normal and part of pet ownership to deworm your pup. As well as I had sent you home with 30 day free pet insurance which would have covered your veterinary fees. Harassing good people with 3am phone calls and bbb reviews etc all while blocking me from having communication with you is unfair and does not set the standard of breeder pet ownership I pride myself on., Glad to hear you love him and he is doing so well. *** from Serendipity Acres and business on.J. My contract states Toy poodle. According to your own chart you post on your website, ***** is not a Toy Poodle. You state we picked the large male when In fact he was maybe one or two days old when you sent us pictures to choose from the litter. When we called you regarding a cockapooo and explained my shoulder issue you said your daughter is having a litter of TOY CAVAPOOS. when I told you about the worms you were defensive and said I made YOU feel bad when I said we are upset. Furthermore you had my telephone number. You could have called to see how he was. You did not. Furthermore, the free insurance for the month is NOT the pointJ. Y.

I would also like to add that we paid you to deliver him in ******. This was not a free gesture.More importantly when we were making arrangements to have his first vaccination you gave us a date of June 6 I believe. Then YOU said that the vet was full and the vaccination date was moved up to June 21. As such I changed the vet appointment from July 8 to July 21. Then you told me you changed the date again. So we changed it accordingly. We were NOT LATE to vaccinate. We went with the information you providedJ. Y.

5 starsAfter looking for a puppy it was suggested that I speak with *** ***** at Serendipity Acres and I'm so glad I did. Ms. ***** has a wonderful facility that is very well kept with lots of room for the dogs outside. *** is very knowledgeable passing on so much information about the breeds one is looking at. I picked out a toy poodle and *** was very quick to point out a few "flaws", she didn't have the real curly coat of a poodle more wavy, and a couple of dental problems that would need to be corrected when she lost her puppy teeth. Wavy or curly hair didn't matter and her teeth would get fixed, (which wasn't necessary as her permanent teeth came in perfectly). Our puppy got real sick a few days after purchase, she was in the vets for a day and when *** was notified she was mortified but it had nothing to do with her, she was dehydrated and for a puppy that can be fatal, *** asked for permission to speak with the vet which we instantly gave. Our puppy came home the same day and we have not looked back. One recommendation is take the free 30 day pet health insurance, a brochure that *** gives you, we were sure glad we did. *** kept in contact with us making sure our little girl was doing good and giving us pointers when asked. When we left with our puppy *** gave us a bag of food, a blanket that has the smell of the place and a small toy that she liked to help her settle in at her new home.If you are looking for a new member to your home I highly recommend *** ***** at Serendipity Acres.Serendipity Acres
