    **************** Clear Ottawa Windows did an excellent job cleaning our windows, including the tracks and screens that we selected. Their team of three arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They consulted with me whenever they had questions or concerns - about fragile woodwork around our porch windows, for example. They went beyond expectations by helping us clear our roof of debris and making good suggestions about replacing the plastic surrounding one of our doors. We have already made an appointment with them to clean our windows next year. We've added cleaning our eavestroughs because, after two years stellar performance on our windows, we trust they will perform well on this task as well. The ability to book an appointment a year in advance, rather than being hassled about making the appointment closer to next year's date, is another nice feature. The person who booked the appointment took the time needed to ensure they understood what we wanted done.

    Very professional dealings with this business- great communication - on time - great workmanship (extensive eavestroughs clearing, cleaning and installing eavestroughs covers) - all very nice and professional staff - prompt follow up. Highly highly recommend. We would absolutely hire them again whenever needed in future.

    We used Clear Ottawa to clean our eavestrough which is 36' high. They came and there was still some drip. I sent a video and they returned and fixed it. No drip all winter. We are very happy with them.

    Highly professional and courteous, both on-site and office staff. Booked appointment within a week; crew showed up on time (early, in fact, but with notification); did a great job on the exterior windows and provided a written complimentary inspection; and office staff followed up with a client satisfaction call. Definitely recommend.

    The team of cleaners did a wonderful job. Excellent clean finish on the windows and *****. I had some hard to reach windows too. I liked their technical assessment of the eavestrough state and noticed that one window had a broken thermal seal (which can be hard to see). I would definitely ask them to come back. Very reasonably priced too.
