      Prio Auto Sales is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I spoke to a sales person on the phone September 30, ********************************************* that was on their website. I had mentioned I was concerned about the tires so the sales person went and took pictures and a video of them and sent them to my wifes phone. However, when I finally received the vehicle (which was 12 days later), the tires were right down to the wear bars and didnt even look like the tires that the sales person had sent. Also the Service Tire Pressure System was showing on the instrument panel. Three of the tires showed low pressure but one showed no reading, and one of the tires was a different brand than the other three. Also there was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I had to buy new tires, get a signal light fixed to get a new safety. The salesperson kept insisting that the ******* Safety was good in ***********, but he was incorrect and I had to get the vehicle safetied by *********** standards. The 30 day warranty had already expired by the time I got the vehicle on the road. I spoke to the sales manager about all of the issues and he told me that I would not be compensated for any of this. So I would never ever recommend Prio Auto Sales.

      Great service while buying the car, but as soon as I have an issue they dismiss my concerns. They pride themselves on being so good, their customers come back over again. 10 months after I purchased the vehicle the power steering went. Upon having a local garage inspect the vehicle (affiliated with MTO) it was found the basic inspection done through the 3rd party Prio sends the vehicles to, had erased info on the scanner that concerned the airbags. They were disconnected electronically which means they could go off at any time (Im a single mom with two kids). Upon inspection it was also noted that the power steering module box was faulty. The third party that safetied the car from **** knew this and overrides it. So I now have a vehicle that does not work, no power steering and because its past the 30 day warranty they refuse to help or acknowledge their wrong doing (spoke with ***** the manager). If I go through **** dealership to replace the part = $2200, go through local garage second hand part $1500 repair. Thank you **** for being the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with.

      Terrible post sales service. Did not receive any vehicle certification details, rude on the phone, no gas in car when picked up and oil needed to be changed. Do NOT buy a car here.

      Very untrustworthy. Purchased a jeep from them the day I picked it up just after safety it already had major oil leak brake pedal went to the floor and had tires that were no good. They said it would get new tires upon purchase but saftied with old tire which were better than the new ones. If you try to contact them after purchase they ** to ignore you until there 30 day warranty is up. The jeep dealer confirmed the problems and told me good luck because they had previous issues with vehicles from them

      It was stated to me by the salesman and the gentleman doing the financing that they would be installing new all season tires not worn out winter tires. Like I also said the breaks also did not work properly and after your mechanic failed to fix the issue I had to repair them at my own expense. I left multiple messages for the manager to call me about the issue but never phoned me back

      I don't know what to start 3rd card purchased from Prio autosales I always founded the service that I never expected that much So helpful On everything Whoever I send also from friends they were satisfied from Prio Professional and friendly They take care of every costumer All they care at Prio is every single costumer to be satisfied That's what makes Prio what is today And growing every day This place is the place that everyone has to go and get his/her car keys

      Dishonest and untrustworthy business. Had me drive 4 hours for a vehicle that had multiple issues and damage that was not disclosed. Company not willing to repair issues 3 weeks later unless I make the 4 hour drive again taking time off work and waiting days for it to be repaired. Beware of this company.

      Hello Tim, You saw the vehicle you purchased on our website and set up an appointment to view it in person and to test drive it. We provided all information pertaining to the vehicle to you including ******. An SD card was missing from the radio that ****** informed us, and you, would take 2-3 months to order and ship. We went out of our way to find the SD card within 2 weeks for you and delivered it to your home. Following this issue, you contacted us a week later claiming some parts on the car are not new and wanted us to change them. Unfortunately, since it is a used vehicle we cannot simply change parts that do not need to be changed. Your claim was denied by OMVIC as well. OMVIC is a government branch that regulates motor vehicle sales in Ontario and protects the consumer. Thank you, Prio Auto Sales
