    I placed an order and immediately received an email telling me they didn't have stock and it would take 7-10 days to ship. Well it's been three plus weeks and nothing, I would not have ordered if I knew they were using my money to order the product from overseas.

    I ordered on 2-10-23 and today is 3-12-23 still noting and I got an email saying out of stock. Why do they allow customers to purchase when they know they cannot fulfill the order in a timely matter. BUYER BEWARE

    Date of transaction; 6 June 2022 Order # *********** Cost; $298.10 Placed order online from the Canadian Website. Website boldly states orders ship direct from Ottawa, Canada. Next day I receive notification that my shipment is being sent from Manchester, UK. I sent them a message on their Website Support page asking if I would be charged duty on my purchase now because it is being shipped from outside Canada, no response. 8 June 2022 I receive a notification from DHL that duty is being charged, $41.24, to my shipment and I need to make the payment to receive my parcel. I emailed the Toolbox Widget again, no response. I tried calling them. No answer on the Canada or USA #. 9 June 2022 Called several more times with no answer. I sent Support another message, this time canceling my order as I do not want to pay shipping costs for a product that I was expecting to be shipped within Canada and asked them to reimburse my Credit Card the amount charged. Still no response. 10 June 2022 Tried calling again today, no answer. If I was purchasing a product outside of Canada I would expect to pay duty. When the website boldly states shipped from Ottawa, Canada I do not. I would like for my Credit Card to be reimbursed the original charge of $298.10. Thank you for you assistance in this matter.
