    On Janurary ***** my furniture was moved by dymon storage movers at ************** location to my residence. A mover noticed damage to my leather couch cushions and a broken leg on my coffee table. He contacted Dymon, sent pictures and asked me to follow up. It is now 6 months later and after many many attempts to get an answer from someone, I'm still with damaged furniture and no answer. *************************, manager with the transportation team contacted me on April 4th. He apologized for the unacceptable handling of my claim and assured me someone would be out to my house the following week at ***** the damages. I'm still waiting and he no longer takes my calls.

    I purchased storage then cancelled it 2nd day because i didnt wanna use it. They charged me usage fee then when i made comment they didnt like they refunded that amount. A month later they billed me storage fee while it was already cancelled and refunded that amount because it was by accident probably. Because of that i had to pay my bank overlimit fee of $45. I want compensation for damages occurred. Very unprofessional to do business with this company.
