    We left a deposit with Ottawa Camping Trailers / RV Liquidators at an RV show after being told it was required in order to hold a unit. Shortly afterwards, we decided not to go through with financing and immediately asked for our deposit back. We were told refunds could not be issued at the show and that we would need to come to the dealership on Monday.When we showed up on Monday, they suddenly claimed they cant refund through their in-store terminal (despite clearly being able to take money that way) and that head office would need to mail a cheque with no guaranteed timeline except maybe by the end of the ******* make matters worse, the managers response to our frustration was: We didnt force you to come to the show and look at trailers.We feel completely taken advantage of forced to leave a deposit and now made to jump through hoops just to get our own money back. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparency.Would not recommend based on this experience.

    3 RVs in a row 3 total failures Last brand new travel trailer was severely water damaged before I bought it. Lot Rot and they refused to fix anything. They didnt even look at Its *********. Whatever you do, a independent inspection is needed before you sign, use or new
