    I paid flagship $23.17 to ship $202 USD ($287.38 CAD) worth of goods for my small business to my cross border shipper (DYK in *******). They failed to do so. The package got lost for weeks, ended up being shipped back to me. All of my orders got cancelled, therefore leaving my small business $310.55 in the hole. I have been dealing with them for months now trying to come up with a resolution and they will not help me. This has been ongoing since December 30th. My package was returned to me a month later, the bags ripped and torn open, dirty. One of my items were wet and mouldy. There was damage to numerous items (photos all provided to flagship). I am seeking my $310.55 that my small business lost because of them. If not, I will be taking legal action against this business.
