On March 13, 2024, *********'s Caribean Grocery Store (******* Playtner ****) made an agreement with POSGeeks (***********************************) to purchase a *** system for the cost of $847.49. Once the agreement was reached via text, a deposited *** of $447.49 was sent to secure delivery on Mach 17, 2024 by POSGeeks (***********************************). After several days of excuses as to why the machine could not be delivered or picked up, *********'s (******* Playtner ****) requested the deposited *** of $447.49 back in full. *********************************** (POSGeeks) would go days without responding to email and text inquires about when the product would be delivered and is now refusing to refund the deposit. See screens shots documenting attempts to have the *** delivered or picked up and the many excuses this dishonest company would use including his sick father. I have given my daughter *********************** consent to deal with this matter but, since *********************************** wants to continue acting like the ***** he is, I *********************** have filed this complaint myself.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/04/2024

The plaintiff cannot proceed with the complaint for the following reason Mr ************** has instructed POSGEEKS to only communicate with:

    *************************** Associate Counsel with ****** ********************

As mentioned in the email that she sent.

I am rejecting this response because this company could not communicate with my daughter ************;Playtner because she was not me. Now they cannot communicate with me because the email my daughter sent, the daughter they did not know, stated to communicate with my lawyer regarding legal matters if a refund was not issued. *********************************** and POSGeeks is a joke. Im so happy this complaint will be visible for the world to see. A company hurting so bad for $447.49 and lacking basic professionalism. My business will continue to be successful as ***********************************, ************************* and POSGeeks continues to work out of a storage container.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/04/2024

The communication with **************************************** is quite confusing, in the first document we see that she gives here daughter ************** authorization to act on here behalf, yet *********************** keeps communicating with us directly and not threw here daughter.

In the last communication we had provided proof that her daughter asked us to only communicate threw there lawyers firm (second document) once again provided.  Yet they keep communicating (daughter & mother) with us directly.

Who exactly should we receive communication for, daughter, mother or lawyer?

The last request was quite clear.

    Complaint: 21549655

I am rejecting this response because *************************************** weak excuse as to not knowing who to communicate with regarding this matter is a fibble attempt at continuing to draw out this process. Firstly, *********************************** (POSGeeks) refused to communicate with ******* ******** citing that she was not *********************** (*********'s) and he needed verification as to her identiy. After being given multiple consent emails that ******* Playtner was indeed representing *********************** (*********'s) in this matter, *********************************** (POSGeeks) continued that they could not engage in a resolution and the complaint had to come directly from *********************** (*********'s). Now the complaint is directly from *********************** (*********'s) and the NEW excuse is that *********************************** (POSGeeks) does not know who to comunicate with. Also, my lawyer ***************************, *************************** LLP has advised me he has not received any contact from *********************************** or POSGeeks as this BBB matter is not a legal matter. The reference to communicate with my lawyer (***************************) was in regards to the word documented cease and desist that *********************************** "served" *********'s that was not notorized and did not come from a lawyers office. The lack of understanding when it comes to the English language and the provinccial laws of ******* altogether is laughable and continues to document the lack of intelligence that is *********************************** and POSGeeks. Not to mention the poor spelling and vocabulary I am subjcted to when reading theses BBB replies. I will continue rejecting any communication with *********************************** (POSGeeks) that does not pretain to a full refund of $447.49. If POSGeeks has any LEGAL matters to address, they can email my laywer directly. I doubt this will happen since *********************************** and POSGeeks can't even afford to refund $447.49, I don't think they have the funds to involve my very expensive lawyer or thier fabricated legal representation at ****** Law.
