    I took my mother and daughter to i2020 Vision at *************** on July 5th to get their eyes tested.Prescription lenses were recommended for them both.They selected their frames and I made a down payment of $330 which represented half of the total prescriptions for the 2 pairs of glasses.On August 12th we went back to the office at *********** to pick up the glasses and pay the balance owing and was told that the business was no longer there I contacted the owner and he apologized for the sudden relocation and made arrangements for the glasses to be mailed to my address. I sent the balance of $330 payment to him at ******************** by e-transfer and he sent a confirmation that the package was shipped.The mailing address he used for us was incorrect and we didn't receive the package. The return address according to the shipping label was ************************* communicated this to him and have tried on several occasions after that to contact him with no response.We would just like to received the 2 pairs of glasses as they are needed.

    Visited the site at *************** Business Floor July 29, 2023. Bought 4 pair of glasses for over $1,000. We were supposed to get the glasses within two weeks. They were supposed to be fully loaded, with latest transition, progressive, anti glare, scratch resistant. We tried to communicate with the company and no phone numbers work and the *** messages they sent have disappeared off my phone. They did finally get the glasses to us after four weeks but that is when we noticed the issues. After that, they closed the office at the *************** business floor with no forwarding address nor forwarding phone numbers. We are stuck with what we got!

    Purchased year supply of monthly contacts on December 13, 2021.
    Advised i2020 Vision I would be out of town until new year.
    Attempted to pick up my lenses only to find out Lancaster business site has closed.
    Numerous attempts to call temporary telephone number (posted on business door), visiting temporary downtown site (also posted on business door), and sending emails have been unsuccessful.
    How can I obtain my new supply of contacts which have been paid for?
    Appreciate any help with this matter.
