  Ordered ****** corset and the one with rhinestones. By the day 41 I still haven't received any emails that the shipment was sent. I wrote the customer support with the request to cancel my order. Based on the law, if shipment isn't done within 30 days it considers a breach of the contract and the customer has the right to request cancellation with the full refund. I wasn't in the ** by that time already and wasn't able to receive the parcel, that's why I requested the cancellation. However, several hours after my request was received by the company the shipment was sent as well. The shipment was sent 42 days!!!!!! after the order was placed and at the time when I wasn't able to receive the parcel. Nevertheless the company refused to process the refund, even though by the law they're IN THE BREACH OF THE CONTRACT! They simply don't care and told me that now it's my problem. I can't send the parcel back, because I'm not in the ** and they simply don't care.The most horrible service I've ever received in my entire life. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVER!!!!! and will leave the most horrible reviews everywhere I possible can. If you still decide to order from them be prepared to wait for up to two month until you receive your order, and if anything goes wrong be prepared that customer service will treat you the same way they treated me. Worst experience ever!

  **** business. Cheaply made in ***** warehouse, lack of response and refund / return scamming operation, completely shady operation. Absolutely terrible. Tried avoiding providing me with a refund as promised by online policy. Not manufactured in the **** (as the name suggests), but in a China warehouse on a road corner. Strongly tried to hide this from me after I requested a return address for a refund numerous times, instead tried offering more discounts and deals (I assume to push out the 2-week return policy so they could deny me a refund). This was coupled with lack of response to many of my emails. Eventually gave me the address and advised I would have to return to *****, instructed me to lie on customs declaration about the value of goods (a federal offence), then refused to accept the customs delivery, meaning the item racked up delayed customs fees (sat in customs for 1 month). They then made me pay these fees in order to get my refund. Also refused to tell me their business number despite numerous requests. Products are low quality, corset 'ties' are literally string I would buy from a supermarket. You would be better off buying corset for $8.53 on **** (they likely come from the same place and would save you the exorbitant $200+ cost). Would recommend avoiding this business at all costs - they are certainly not the sophisticated ****-based apparel line they appear to be on Instagram. Shady scam business.

  It has been 19 days since I ordered my garments, and I have heard nothing from them. I feel like they stole $100 from me and are a scam. This company is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

  Terrible quality the material is so cheap. The corset is not sturdy and the fit is not what's written online. I would size up. The ribbons used for tying is the worst material and does not lace up pretty and gets tangled easily because it's so small. Their customer service is very slow on purpose so you miss their window for exchange and returns. There are more better quality corsets online for a fraction of the price. Will never purchase from this cheap quality website ever again.

  The business does not state that that items are out of stock and let's you place an order. While placing an order, it automatically adds another item without your agreement. October 26, nine days after placing the order it still hasn't shipped. When I reached out to them was told it is out of stock. So I wait. On November 15, I reach out again. This time I am given a bogus tracking number and asked to be patient. I am willing to wait, but they need to disclose to customers about item availability, item origin and estimated wait times. You want my money then be honest.

  Dont order from this business!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and **** who is very rude pretty much said its my fault, so no exchange or refund will be made

  Gave this company a try, and it cost me about $120. It was a simple matter of the garment not fitting (way to short for my torso). They are not doing good business.   One of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I bought a corset. It didn't fit the way I wanted it to. Followed the return instructions. I had to bug them for updates for over 6 months! They refunded me the amount less than what I paid. AND I had paid the return postage of $33. What I believe they did was deduct the postage from the original cost which is wrong. They didn't pay the postage, I did. This company is scamming people out of this process, in my opinion. Don't waste your time or money.
