    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is entirely unreasonable that it has taken over 5 months for Spaces to resolve a simple retainer refund. This prolonged delay reflects a pattern of mismanagement and what I believe to be willful negligence.
    Throughout this process, communication has been sparse and inconsistent. I received only two emails from *******, spaced many weeks apart, with no follow-up since April 10th.
    After months of repeated outreach, I finally received a partial payment of $142 in April. However, this only came after an exhaustive and frustrating effort on my partincluding numerous emails, hours of follow-up, and being continuously ignored. It also is not the full amount I was told the retainer would be. The total I am owed for just the retainer is $210. I have email proof with images of ******** account and their team admitting it was their fault and nothing on my end. 
    I am fully prepaid to take this to small claims as I have plenty of more evidence to fight my case that I cannot fit here as their is a maximum of 5 files I can add in. 

    Given the significant delays, lack of support, and failure to deliver on the original terms promised to me upon entering the contract, I am requesting a reimbursement that goes beyond the retainer, along with the full amount of the retainer of course. Not to mention - the mishandling of my account and the inaccurate information provided at the time of sign-up, ongoing miscommunication, and overall negligence.
    I have documented proof of my complaints dating back to the year 2024. Based on the inadequate response and lack of action from Spaces - it is clear my concerns have not been taken seriously.

    Hello,

    Firstly, I'd like to apologize for this situation at hand. We're working closely with our back-end accounts payable [AP] team to have our client's Retainer refunded back to her. The ** team is currently investigating as to why her refund amount is getting rejected by the bank. Unfortunately, the local team doe not have the answers on this matter as we're depended on info coming our centralized AP team. Our Account Helpdesk Team is currently in touch with the client & keeping her informed on any information coming in from the ** team. I'm working them to get a timeline on this matter as well. 

    In regards to the information pertaining to misleading info on the office agreement - we do not have additional details on this aspect & hence I cannot clarify this aspect at this timer. As per the signed agreement, the client signed for a Month to Month agreement on ****** for the term starting 1st October 2024 & she terminated the agreement to end it on 31Oct2024.
