    AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DISHONEST PEOPLE! I bought a motorcycle from **** ********** on Sept 9th. I signed the bill of sale and sent the full payment transfer to their bank account the same day according to their exact instructions. Late in the day, I received a call from the "accounting dept. ***** ********" stating my payment of 4725$ wasn't acceptable and that it was reversible. I knew it was not, my **** ******* even insisted by saying a PDS was not reversible in anyway upon reception. My friend who was supposed to pick up the bike went there the next day to find out it was SOLD to someone else for more money. I have a signed bill of sale and they cashed my payment only to be said sorry the bike is SOLD. Clearly they sold the bike to someone who paid more money a couple hours after I legally bought the bike and this is how they do business. The ** ***** **** wont return my calls and the next step is obviously litigation dealing with these dishonest cars salesmen. You have been warned, these people will take your money lie to you and then have the gall to hang up on you even when all you wanted was your bike or money back. Small claims court here we come!

    My truck started leaking some fluids , so I got it to the shop I normally go to , they diagnosed it as transmission oil cooler lines and that it would be expensive, so I was prepared to absorb that cost, I decided before making that decision to call soutbank ( where i bought it) to find it about my extended warrant and if that would be covered and was lead to believe that it would with words like " get it towed here, we'll take care of you , you're tow is also covered under warranty " so I get it towed there , just to find out it's only certain tow companies that are covered , so now out of pocket the cost of the tow. And 6 business days later (March 28th to April 8th) I get a phone call saying what it was ( which was the exact thing the previous shop said it was ) and now it's not covered under my warranty but a different warranty, so being without a vehicle for almost two weeks ,didn't want to spend more money on a tow I told them to proceed with the job on Monday with assurance I'll get it back Tuesday, and now on Thursday it's finally ready , when I went to discuss this with some manager there , they wouldn't acknowledge what I was trying to explain and were pretty unpleasant about it. The business manager there told me a rental car is covered with my warranty and to tell the service department to get me a rental car, just for the service department to tell me they don't and it's through a 3rd party company , which I then went too just to be told I couldn't rent the car under warranty until they diagnosed the issue with my truck , this was also a week after my truck was in their shop... To sum it all up, I was prepared to pay for it at the first shop , until I mistakenly got southbak involved under the guise that " they would take care of it " in their words . In the end it ended up costing me more money, time and being a major inconvenience.
