    Extremely Disappointed Would Not Recommend This was my third time hiring movers, and unfortunately, this company was by far the worst experience Ive had. The final cost was significantly higher than quoted, largely because the movers worked extremely slowly (as if they were being paid by the hour). Compared to my past moves (when I had a lot more stuff), this one took longer with noticeably less effort or hustle.The carelessness was also unacceptable. One mover used an 18V hammer drill to s**** legs onto my couch, stripping the screws in the process. I had to ask him multiple times, and raise my voice, before he finally stopped. They also lost pieces and screws from my bed, which I had to replace ********* make matters worse, they stored my freezer with the lid closed and the power cord jammed under the seal, causing mold and ruining the weather stripping.When I called the owner to express my concerns, he was dismissive and rude. He eventually offered a small discount, but even with that, I still overpaid for a frustrating, careless, and stressful experience.I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

While we regret that you feel disappointed, we would like to clarify a few important details to provide transparency for anyone reading this review.Billing & Adjustments: After your first move, we revised your invoice by removing 1.5 hours ($271.20) in response to your timing concerns. Although your item list was incomplete and required a second storage unit ($375), we did not charge you for that cost.Crew Change: For your second move-out, you requested a different crew simply because you did not prefer the original team. While this is not a standard request, we accommodated it at no extra **************************** Your bed was disassembled by yourself, and missing hardware was not reported to us on moving day or immediately after. Regarding the freezer, it is standard practice to empty and defrost appliances before moving or storage, which was not done in this *************************** Refund: After the second move, we did not receive any concerns until weeks later. Nevertheless, in the spirit of goodwill, we issued an additional refund on top of the earlier $650 in concessions.Conduct During Resolution: During our communications, further payment was requested in exchange for altering or removing negative reviews. Additionally, inappropriate and discriminatory remarks were made toward our staff, which we consider unacceptable.We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to professionalism and respect in all customer interactions.     After my initial review, the owner, ****, offered compensation, which I initially believed was in good faith to make things right for the poor experience I had received. I later realized it was simply an attempt to have me remove my negative review. When I only updated my review instead of removing it, he called me directly and was extremely rude, confrontational, and made personal assumptions about me and my physical ability.Since the company has now responded publicly, I want to clarify several points they stated:Crew change: I asked for a new crew for my second move because the first crew was extremely slow, not simply because I did not prefer them.Bed assembly: The bed was disassembled by the moving crew, not by me. Missing parts were their responsibility.Freezer: The freezer was empty and dry when they picked it up. However, it was stored with shrink wrap around it and the power cord tucked in, which ruined the weather stripping.Damage to couch: The only remarks I made to their staff were repeated requests for a mover to stop using an 18v Hammer drill on my couch legs, which obviously stripped the screws.Not reporting issues sooner: After the first move, I was met with aggression from the company when I raised concerns, so I didnt bother reporting more. I was simply tired of dealing with them.The claim that I made inappropriate and discriminatory remarks toward staff is false and unfounded. My experience - from the poor moving service, to the damage, to the rude follow-up call from the owner - makes it clear I would never use this company again, and I dont recommend them to anyone.Ethically I don't think it's right to remove a review in exchange for payment, people need honest reviews.

    ****** and ******* were the two movers assigned to me for my move from ****** to ********. They were punctual, took excellent care of my furniture, were friendly and smiling, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting a smooth effortless move. Thank you TriServices for making moving day such an stress-free and painless experience. A very very satisfied customer. *******

    They assisted on two moves I made. They provided excellent and efficient service. The staff are extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. They also displayed calm and reassurance and good humour during a stressful move.
